With a majority of upscale houses, Mansions and MCMansions taking up entire blocks, the neighborhood is the home for several important Brazilian personalities such as Marta Suplicy (former mayor) and Kaká, soccer player for the Brazilian soccer team.
The neighborhood is very close to important museums and to Povo Park, an important green area in the city.

Tourists often pass through Europa Ave to check out the Ferraris, Porches, Hammers, Bentles, Rolls-Royce, Mercedez Benz, BMW among other internationally famous brands.
